Why do I need a CCTV Survey?

Problem Detection:

The most accurate way to detect the exact cause of the problem enabling us to establish the most cost effective solution.

Maintenance:

CCTV can inspect the structural condition of the drain and identify any future problems before they occur.

Buying a Home:

Drain repair can be expensive so it is advisable to check the condition of the drains before buying a home. A surveyor WILL NOT be able to provide this information.

How we conduct your CCTV Drain Survey:

  • Insert camera into drain via manhole.
  • Move camera along drain.
  • Engineer above ground observes and records onto DVD.
  • Report provided.

Your CCTV Drain Survey Report will include:

  • Full Survey and Report
  • DVD
  • Drawing of drainage layout
  • Any problems detected
  • Recommendation and quotation for any problems detected

We aim to provide you with a Survey and Report within 3 working days of your call, although if requested a brief verbal overview of any problems can be given at the time of inspection.

Provided manholes are accessible the survey can be carried out with no-one home.
